Product Summary
The D8749H is the high-Speed, 8-Bit, single-Chip Hmos microcomputer which uses n-channel silicon gate MOS technology. The D8749H has 2k×8 of UV erasable EPROM and it is useful in preproduction or prototype applications where the software design has not yet been finalized or in system designs whose quanitities do not require a mask ROM.
